From it’s humble beginnings Torch Levers has grown into an entire array of security themed blocks. From secret Hinged Painting to Spike Traps and even a few redstone logic blocks, Torch Levers has something for every secret lair. The Torch Lever looks and lights like a torch, but can be pulled to it’s thrown state where it provides power as a lever would.
Secret buttons (book, brick, nether brick, torch, and redstone torch) act like regular buttons. The torches will act like both their respective torch and a button. Book and brick buttons can only be placed on bookshelves or their respective brick blocks.
Redstone Torch Levers and Buttons act like a Redstone Torch (pass a strong signal up when active), and deactivate when an indirect signal is applied to the block it is on. They will freeze their state while thrown though (keeping them from entering a feedback loop, and adding some new possibilities).
Hinged Paintings and Carpet Trapdoors can be opened and closed by right clicking on them. The Carpet Trapdoors can be activated with a redstone signal, and the Hinged Paintings can be placed anywhere.
Spike Traps activate when they receive a redstone signal, excepting Automatic Spike Traps which become disabled. Spike Traps can be poisoned or made into automatic spikes that will trigger when stepped on.
Collapsing Slabs are great for crumbling bridges. By suspending a half slab on a single feather you can create a block that becomes unstable by just about anything landing on top of it.
Redstone Buttons and Levers offer new an useful redstone logic in a very Minecraft way. They DO NOT provide strong power to the block they are on when toggled; That is instead their input. When their block becomes powered they will activate, when the block looses power they do nothing. The Redstone Button will send out a one tick pulse when activated, and can be used as a single block monostable circuit. The Redstone Lever will toggle states when activated, making a very compact and easy T Flip-Flop.
Illusion Blocks are simply Eye of Enders suspended in air taking on the visual appearance of another block. Because they are made with ender magic water will dispel them. They have many uses, but early on you may wish to turn several eyes into diamond or gold blocks. The blocks are not consumed in crafting, the Eye of Ender will just mimic the block.
